JYP Entertainment, the representative agency for K-pop girl groups like ITZY, TWICE, and Wonder Girls, will be launching a new girl group next year.
The company, which recently released a new promotional image and video for the upcoming release, said the JYP Entertainment new girl group will debut in February next year.

JYP said that it has formed a new business unit dedicated to the girl group, comprised of staff that helped find and train the members of Wonder Girls, 2AM, 2PM, NiziU, ITZY, Stray Kids, GOT7 and TWICE.

As part of the group’s pre-debut plan, JYP will start selling a limited version of the new girl band’s new debut single starting next week. The package, consisting of a physical album, a photo album, and other merchandise, will be shipped in line with the group’s debut.
It will be the first girl group that JYP will feature in three years.
The company introduced, in February 2019, the ITZY quartet, which was recently included for the first time on Billboard’s top album chart.
