Every year, one of the things we look forward to the most is the awards season, and in each of these events usually happen things that are difficult to forget and possibly give us content to talk about for the rest of the year, if not falls can be bad jokes or in this case a blow as would have happened with Will Smith.
Jimmy Kimmel to host the Academy Awards 2024
One of the most important things when it comes to an award ceremony is the host, because if there is no good driving, there is no good entertainment and the hours of transmission would seem eternal, but once again will be in charge of one of the most beloved hosts in the United States. Jimmy Kimmel, returning as host of the upcoming 2024 Oscar Awards ceremony, marks the host’s fourth time at the helm of the show.
“I’ve always dreamed of hosting the Oscars exactly four times,” Kimmel joked in the statement.
Regarding the movies that could win an Oscar award, the list of nominees has not yet been revealed, but there are already names that are becoming very important. Among them we can find the famous movie Barbie and Oppenheimer. The “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host previously hosted the 2017, 2018 and 2023 broadcasts and yes, the 2017 one was the historic moment where they mistakenly gave the award to La La Land and corrected it to give it later to Moonlight.
The 96th Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, March 10, 2024 and will surely feature a list of luxury guests that will leave us open-mouthed with the outfits they will be presenting.
