There are extremely difficult moments that people can live and of course one of them is to suffer the harassment of a person, crime for which has been the famous actor Jamie Foxx.
Unfortunately, in the world of entertainment, it is well known that harassment is something that happens every day and not all victims dare to confess it. One woman has made it known that the famous actor had an improper act with her and has decided to speak out.
Jamie Foxx is accused of sexual assault
According to TMZ, Foxx allegedly assaulted the woman in a New York bar in 2015 after she asked him for a photograph. According to the complainant, Foxx grabbed her arm and cornered her against the back of the floor. The woman claims that Jamie would have committed the alleged assault at the time.
The actor, under the complicit gaze of security personnel and other attendees sharing a seat on the bar’s rooftop, inappropriately touched her breasts by grabbing her arm and sliding into her genital area.
The accuser said Jamie Foxx stopped the assault when a friend of the woman approached the scene. She sued the actor, Catch NYC & Roof bar and venue employees in that regard. The woman claimed that she suffered physical injuries and received medical attention, in addition to mentioning that she suffered emotional damage as a result of the alleged assault.
So far the actor has not said anything about it, but information will be shared once more is known.
So far no further information has been released, so it is expected that the same media that initially shared the news will follow up on it.
