IVE continues surprising the Kpop industry with the unprecedented success of their single, “BANG BANG.” The girls have been accumulating trophies like no other on different South Korean music program circuits.
On March 13, a new episode of KBS2’s Music Bank featured a great number of amazing performers including Woo Yerin, TUNEXX, ODD YOUTH, ASC2NT, MADEIN, P1Harmony and KickFlip, among other acts.
Just before ending the show, the hosts made a special moment to announce the No.1 nominees. IVE’s “BANG BANG” and “BOTH SIDES” by NCT unit JNJM were competing for the crown but IVE took the lead with 4,405 points over 4,183 points earned by JNJM. Ultimately, “BANG BANG” became an eight-time winner and also earned a triple crown status on the show. Congratulations to IVE.
