ITZY’s Chaeryeong likes taking selfies when she’s crying

In a recent interaction with fans, ITZY‘s Chaeryeong admits she likes taking selfies when she’s crying, surprising fans by demonstrating her confidence by sharing some of them.

On June 21st, the idol went to her Bubble chat to talk to her fans and revealed an intimate characteristic of her personality when she told them that the night before she ended up crying so hard while watching a drama, and she decided to capture that moment in photos.

Chaeryeong proved it by sharing a series of four photos of her crying and then laughing in real time “because I thought the sight of myself crying was funny”, but this did not ruin the photoshoot, as she said, “I took good photos and came backㅎㅎ히.”

The ITZY member responded to a fan expressing his surprise for these photos, “Embarrassing as it is to admit, I actually really like crying selfies… Because I look pretty when I cry,” she said, earning all fans’ support for her endless beauty.

The idol even said that this rule of taking selfies while crying only applies when she is bare-faced, because “If I cry while wearing makeup, it’s really ugly,” so her intentions change to “Take a shower and drink bubble tea… eat an egg tart.”
