Netflix has done it again, especially for those who live for intense, dramatic teen stories and their issues. The platform has always been known for having an ever-growing roster of youth-centric dramas that showcase the highs, lows, and everything of the ultimate teenage dream (shout-out to Katy Perry).

That’s the reason why we’re introducing this relatively new series the streaming giant is now blessing us with as part of their collection! With Sex Education out of the way (their last season has already wrapped up) and Euphoria still in the works for the next arc, the Netflix show “Everything Now” is looking pretty fresh and flashy and ready to rival the previous two.

Now, not everything’s gonna be glitter and fun in this series. Actually, the series dives deep into topics like eating disorders and sexuality – subjects that, are being portrayed on the small and big screen more frequently. That’s why Ripley Parker, the show’s creator, envisioned a balance: that “gentle” vibe is mixed with some “edgy” or “dark” moments for some nice contrast.

The show premiered on October 5, and it has a total of eight episodes. Its star-packed cast features Robert Akodoto as Teo, Vivienne Acheampong as Viv, Alex Hassel as Rick, Sam Reuben as Alex, Niamh McCormack as Alison, Stephen Fry as Doctor Nell, Kiran Krishnakumar as Jonah, and Sephora Parish as Issy Hucking.
