Ratray has been accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend while she was sleeping in their hotel room in December 2021, as you may already know. He is also accused of punching her in the face after she reportedly bit his hand in an effort to free herself. The trial was supposed to begin Monday, but U.S. District Judge Kathryn Savage postponed it because Ratray was hospitalized. As a result, the trial has been rescheduled to before trial next month.
