Harvey Weinstein is a former Hollywood producer, being one of the most important in the industry, who is expected to go to court in late February due to the crimes he has to pay.
It was in 2022 that the producer was accused of charges of physical and sexual abuse, as well as improper behavior against a victim who preferred to remain anonymous, being an Italian actress and model.

Due to this crime, Harvey Weinstein should serve a 23-year sentence under sexual assault charges, which were imposed by the New York authorities.
The jury has heard testimony from women who accused him, including Mexican actress Salma Hayek, who accused him of harassment on the set of the movie ‘Frida’.
The prosecution determined that Harvey Weinstein was a predator who used his influence in the industry to commit his non-consensual encounters.
Weinstein’s defense is appealing the ruling; however, they will return to court, next February 23, in case the verdict request is denied, the sentence will be read the same day.
