Han of Stray Kids turned 25 on September 14, 2025, and chose to celebrate with generosity rather than luxury. The “Hold My Hand” hitmaker donated 100 million KRW, about $77,000, to Samsung Medical Center. The funds were split evenly between adults with serious illnesses and young patients in need of treatment and support.
In his message to fans, the Stray Kids rapper and singer explained, “Thank you for letting me fill my birthday with meaningful giving. I hope this reaches those who truly need it and becomes a source of strength and courage.” His kind gesture follows a tradition of giving and helping those in need, as Stray Kids collectively donated 800 million KRW (about $615,000) earlier this year to help wildfire recovery efforts in Gyeongnam–Gyeongbuk.

Besides philanthropy, Han celebrated his birthday on a high note. Taking to social media, the idol posted a picture showing his birthday celebration moment. He also shared a cute video alongside a quokka (his signature animal) and blew two donut-shaped candles stuck into that adorable animal. Fans will soon see him live again at the encore stops of Stray Kids’ dominATE world tour in Incheon on October 18th and 19th.
