In a recently released report, EXO‘s Baekhyun‘s agency, INB100, apologizes after the idol was caught smoking in an enclosed place and claims that they were unaware of the laws of the place where they were present.
“Hello, this is INB100. We sincerely apologize to everyone who felt uncomfortable regarding the recent incident involving our artist Baekhyun“, says the report issued by the company and assures, “At the time, neither Baekhyun nor our staff were aware that Macau prohibits the importation of electronic cigarettes“.
They also explained in detail what happened: “During a meal with staff after the Macau performance, as the conversation deepened, Baekhyun unconsciously used an electronic cigarette” and went on to assure that “Baekhyun deeply regrets his careless actions and sincerely apologizes for disappointing many fans“.
Many fans were offended by the singer’s actions, so the agency let it be known, “Both Baekhyun and our company will ensure that such incidents do not happen again by exercising greater caution, and we promise not to disappoint fans with similar situations in the future“, and ended by saying, “We are truly sorry“.
