ENHYPEN released their new album “THE SIN : VANISH” today, January 16, 2026, marking the beginning of a series centered on themes of sin. The group introduces a new storyline set in a world where humans and vampires coexist. Through this narrative, ENHYPEN portray lovers who defy rules and attempt to escape together despite danger and taboo. The project features Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, and Niki, who bring the prologue of the series to life through their music and performances. This new ENHYPEN era signals the start of an ambitious multi-album story structure that will continue unfolding in future releases.
The title track “Knife” is a hip-hop-based song driven by trap beats and a dark sound that represents the determination of the album’s main characters. The song uses sharp imagery to portray lovers who refuse to bend under threats and showcases ENHYPEN’s bold and urban side. Dynamic Duo’s Gaeko contributed lyrics to the song, adding vivid expression and detail to the storytelling. “Knife” comes as the main single from “THE SIN : VANISH,” marking the first chapter for the new era.
This album presents a unique format that builds its concept like an investigative report. Inspired by a fictional program titled “Mystery Show,” the structure combines six songs, four narration tracks, and one skit to follow the flow of the vampire lovers’ narrative. Actor Park Jeong Min narrates the investigative segments, which were recorded in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese, to highlight ENHYPEN’s global reach. Members also took part in the creation of the album, with Jake contributing his first self-composed song, “Sleep Tight” and helping create the narration track “Incident Origin.”
