Disney increased the prices of annual passes at Disney World by up to 10% and the prices of tickets at its Disneyland resort by up to 9%. A single ticket to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on holidays is increasing by 8.4% to 194, Enchant annual pass is up 21% to $849, Genie+ service is up $5 to $30.
The price increase is significant, causing social networks to ignite, indicating that an amusement park should not have such high prices since consumption inside these places is also very expensive. The increase has not spared any service, as even parking has gone up. The price of parking will increase from $5 to $30.
Apparently, the justification for the cost increase is that the company wants to invest more in the park and in its cruises:
