Chris Evans is an extremely famous actor recognized for his role as Captain America, since he was one of the first Marvel superhero movies we know today, alongside characters such as Hulk, Iron Man, etc.

When casting began for Captain America, Halley Finn quickly thought of Chris Evans.

But beyond the obvious qualities, I think there were others that were a little harder to discern: his humility, the sense that he had a moral compass, that he was very identifiable. He has this vulnerability as well as strength, so we could take him from Skinny Steve to Captain America,” Halley Finn said at the time.
Chris Evans, wasn’t too sure about accepting the role: “I like my privacy. The great thing about movies is that they bring a lot of freedom: you make a movie and then you have time off. If one of those movies comes along and changes your life, you have the opportunity to make it… and then run away. If you want to. Take some time, reevaluate and regroup.”
Robert Downey Jr. persuaded him to join the UCM, promising him that Captain America would open up many opportunities for him as an actor and that at no time would he stop him from doing so.
