“I get that people want to live in this optimistic place of, ‘Oh, we want more Stranger Things,’ but I was like, ‘Guys, it’s over. It’s been ten years.'”

On social networks fans react with mixed comments like: “maybe if the last season wasn’t fucking ass we wouldn’t have needed more,” “I totally agree…producers have to learn how to end series properly,” “honestly they shouldn’t even have made s5, at least we would have remembered the show with fondness,” “Even he knew the fan cope was out of control.”
Caleb McLaughlin says the idea of a secret 9th episode of ‘STRANGER THINGS’ Season 5 was dumb.
“The show is done, guys. I was like, ‘Guys, it’s over. It’s been 10 years.’ We were full-on kids and now we’re full-on adults, and we don’t need any more of us.”
