The boys of BTS are currently on hiatus, and despite this their global popularity simply continues to rise on the world charts. Their album PROOF remains in the top 100 best-selling studio albums in the United States despite receiving completely zero publicity at the moment.
In addition, the album was the second best-selling album globally. On December the 23rd, their track Spring Day reached over 500 million plays, and with this the boys expand their personal record to 15 music videos with over 500 million views, more than any KPOP act.
The boys are also undefeated in Japan, where they took first place as the top-selling music act overall digitally, achieving this milestone for the second year in a row. In addition, they have the most downloaded songs in Asia with their 3 English hits.
