BTS’ V has overjoyed his fans, better known as ARMY because of an unexpected update about his weight after he enlisted in the South Korean Military. Taehyung enlisted on December 11, 2023, and already had an impressive physical change according to his latest post on Weverse.
On February 14, during Valentine’s Day, V surprised ARMY by returning to Weverse. The soldiers are allowed to use their phones for a restricted amount of time and V was completely aware there was no time to waste when it comes to expressing gratitude and giving updates to the fans.
Previously, ARMY showed their concern regarding BTS’ V weight because it was 63.4 kilograms in 2022. Even so, the concern increased after Taehyung revealed he was 62 kilograms just weeks before his enlistment. The boys joked about a bulk-up competition where V wanted to reach 86 kilograms.
It appears BTS’ V is challenging to top this bulk-up competition as he revealed his new weight is 72.5 kilograms on Weverse. V has shared a personal and important achievement for him during his enlistment and ARMY stated it should be celebrated.
