BTS’ V has always stood out because of his charming attitude towards everyone, however, he revealed something shocking to his fans, better known as the ARMY. The Idol wanted to leave Mexico during the filming of ‘Jinny’s Kitchen.’
Jinny’s Kitchen is a reality cooking show that follows the cast of the series as they introduce Korean street food in a small town in Mexico. The star-studded cast includes Park Seo Joon, Lee Seo Jin, Jung Yu Mi, Choi Woo Sik, and V.
On September 6 it was published the 210th episode of TvN’s ‘You Quiz On the Block’ they had a segment called ‘Shaking the World’ where the guests were Cheon Jong-won (Boulderer) and V from BTS to talk about their experiences.
The TV show hosts Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho asked V about what it was like being on ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’ which V answered: “I did my best to be as fast as possible.” V also decided to explain the filming schedule wasn’t what he expected
“To be honest, I thought you would be able to rest here and there while filming variety shows. But it wasn’t like that. The cameras rolled even when sleeping. The only time they cut the cameras was when I was on an airplane. I wanted to go back to Korea, but my passport was with Na PD.”
This controversial declaration shocked the ARMY, who stated they didn’t know that the producer Na Yeong Seok (also known as Na PD) had a V passport and wouldn’t let him leave Mexico during the filming. Fortunately, V was able to complete the show with professionalism and go back to his hometown.
