BTS’s 2026 comeback has a special place in everyone’s hearts as the idols were on a 3-year hiatus. “SWIM,” the title track from “ARIRANG,” is a global phenomenon despite being released one month ago, and the South Korean music program circuits are well aware of it. However, some other songs, just like “2.0,” have a special place inside the K-Charts as well.
On April 19 KST, a new episode of SBS’ “Inkigayo” was broadcast with a fresh lineup, with the debut of MODYSSEY and ALL’N, and an array of comebacks from TXT, SANTOS BRAVOS, RED OOPART, and ifeye, among other great Kpop idols who turned the night into an unforgettable moment.
As usual, fans were frenetic to know the candidates for the first place, including BTS with “2.0”, IVE with “BANG BANG”, and Hearts2Hearts with “RUDE!”. Just before the broadcast came to an end, the hosts announced BTS as the ultimate winners of the week, becoming their 15th award for the era, and the first for “2.0,” which is still making huge waves in the K-Charts.
