It seems that BTS has one eye on their work activities, and another on what ARMY does (as their fandom is known). At least that gave us to understand a fan who made a thread on Twitter, where she put all the evidence in which she shows that BTS spies on the activity of their followers on social networks.
Like ARMY, BTS members always look for a way to pamper their followers as a way to return all the support they have done for them. Therefore, it is not so far-fetched to think that Jin, RM, J-Hope, Jungkook, Suga, V and Jimin take their rounds on social networks to know the tastes of their fans.
A Twitter user, identified as @it_JM_twt, opened a thread on Twitter to share with ARMY the evidence that BTS spies on the fandom. The post opens with the time BTS talked about ARMY Selca Day, and Namjoon said that they sometimes see the photos and “they are very cute because they do the same pose as us”.

According to ARMY, the fandom has influence on BTS’ decisions, because on one occasion – where he appears in an edit with blue hair, he decided that he would paint it like that.

Namjoon also mentioned that he sometimes scrolls through social media, however he only looks at it and doesn’t interact.
According to the thread, one of the BTS members retweeted an ARMY fanart, but quickly removed it. Similarly, once Taehyung saw videos of ARMY playing the violin and a girl liked it.

Apparently, the band has a friend who alerts them when there is something between the fans. However, BTS prefers to search the posts and check the content.
