BTS’ RM is still having the time of his life after being discharged from the South Korean military. The idol is curating a special exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art during the next couple of months!
On October 2, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art made a special announcement: “For the first time, explore RM’s personal art collection. See what inspires one of the world’s most influential musicians. ‘RM x SFMOMA’ opens next year, October 2026.”
Curated by RM. Only at SFMOMA.

RM selected approximately 200 pieces, including some of his privately owned works, for those owned by SFOMA. This will be one of the first times that fans will be able to get inside RM’s artistic sensibilities and get to know his eye as a collector. RM even relayed through his agency to address the upcoming art exhibition:
“We are living in an age defined by boundaries. I hope that this exhibit will be a chance for all of us to reflect on the boundaries between East and West, Korea and the U.S, modernity and the present, the individual and the universal. There is no right way to admire art. I am just offering a small, but sturdy bridge.”
