In a recent promotional video, BTS‘ members shook fans by sharing their tips to learn Korean with unexpected ways to practice.
During a recent video for Vogue, RM, Suga, J-Hope, and Jungkook reunite to teach fans some popular or common expressions in Korean, sharing a bit more of their culture, how to communicate, and how to understand them.
In the beginning of the video, the boys started talking about the difficulties of speaking Korean and the differences with other languages; they also gave some fun tips to learn it, which took many fans by surprise.
RM was the first one to share advice, saying, “Watch a lot of BTS videos,” while J-Hope added that watching K-dramas would help, and Suga said that living in Korea would be good for them too.
Finally, the leader talked again and said, “Get a Korean girlfriend or boyfriend,” taking his members by surprise, but he continued saying with confidence, “I think that’s the fastest way to learn, you know, a foreign language.”
Jungkook, who stayed smiley and nodding this time, concluded by saying, “We recommend it,” generating great laughter among fans in the comments who didn’t expect this advice from the boys.
