Unfortunately, BTS has not gotten rid of haters, who constantly question their successes on the Billboard charts or criticize them for xenophobia. However, Bangtan Sonyeondan prefers to respond to them with hit songs, showing them that there is no barrier so high as not to bring it down.

The songs that Bangtan composed for all his haters are an example of the keys to the musical success of the South Korean band because their singles have become an anthem of hope and confidence for their entire fandom, known as ARMY. Furthermore, the obstacles, which the seven members have faced since they started their careers, also became a source of inspiration for their fans.

BTS songs that are dedicated to haters

1. “UGH!”

Direct from the album ‘Map of the Soul: 7’, RM, Suga and J-Hope surprise with a rap where they talk about anger, annoyance and frustration in the face of malice. Every time a rumor comes out about them or when someone criticizes the seven members, “UGH!

” becomes the song that ARMY and BTS can take out their fury with at negative comments.

2. “Not Today”

The Hip Hop and moombahton song talks about overcoming obstacles and continuing to fight, meanwhile inviting yourself to hope in yourself. On his part, RM said that he wrote the single to show his position on social problems and injustice.

3. The Cyphers

BTS’s Cyphers began in their pre-debut eras by the band’s three rappers: Suga, J-Hope, and RM. In total it has four parts of this style of rap where you can appreciate the music of each member. “Cypher PT.4” you hear a fragment that says: “You hate me, but you don’t know me, I like hate comments more than any comment.

4. “So What”

The boys invite their followers to use the word “So what” when unnecessary comments come from society, but especially from criticism. In the same way, they are asked to forget about their problems and simply lose themselves in the music and have fun.

5. “DDAENG”

According to some ARMY, “DDAENG” is an onomatopoeia that is often used in Korea when they disagree with others or reject others’ suggestions.
