BTS continued its strong return to the global music scene by keeping ARIRANG at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart for a second straight week. The latest chart update, dated April 11, 2026, confirmed that the group once again had the most popular and best-selling album in the United States. This achievement is especially important because it marks the first time a K-pop act remains at #1 on the Billboard 200 for two consecutive weeks. According to Billboard’s report, ARIRANG earned 187,000 equivalent album units for the week ending April 2, 2026. That total followed an even bigger first week, when the album reportedly debuted with an impressive 641,000 units.

The numbers show that physical sales played an important role in the album’s second-week chart reign. Of the 187,000 equivalent units reported, 114,000 came from album sales, while 8,000 were made up of streaming units. BTS managed to hold off strong competition, including Ye, and his album BULLY, Melanie Martinez and her album Hades. Meanwhile, SWIM moved down from #1 to #2 after entering the chart at the top. It was passed by Ella Langley’s Choosin’ Texas, but the song still kept a strong position on the chart.

Besides chart success, BTS is also getting ready to meet fans again on the stage. The BTS ARIRANG World Tour is scheduled to begin on April 9, 2026, in Goyang, South Korea. The tour is expected to continue into 2027 as the group reconnects with fans around the world for 82 concert dates. BTS is entering this new tour period with strong momentum, massive fan demand, and strong chart success.
