During a recent interview, BTS‘ Jungkook opens up about his regrets about their new album ‘ARIRANG,’ questioning himself about if he would have done more.
On April 20th, Rolling Stone concluded his individual interviews with ‘A Conversation in Seoul with Jungkook,’ where they talked with the Golden Maknae about his deepest thoughts about ‘ARIRANG,’ his solo career, and more.
The interviewer talked about Jungkook’s contribution as a songwriter in this project and asked him about the standout moments of his work and “where you felt good about your contributions,” but the idol revealed he has feelings of regret.
“Sure, I felt great. I don’t know if I would call it pride. But I did feel really great. It’s been a long time since then. We chose the songs and everything, but there’s one thing I still think about, which is … Why didn’t I do a little more? Two months is a really long time. Couldn’t I have done a bit more? I have a lot of regrets about that.”
The idol confessed that even after the release and the good welcome of BTS fans, he has thoughts of doubts about his efforts, wondering if he could have done a bit more for this album, some feelings that fans hope disappear with all the success they are enjoying.
