BTS’ “Black Swan” reaches 600 million views on YouTube

BTS is making history in the streaming era with another amazing milestone reached by their song, “Black Swan.” The idols, who are currently at the top of the game in the Kpop industry, are back to make a powerful reminder of what success means. 

On June 12, BTS’ music video for their 2020 hit “Black Swan” surpassed 600 million views on YouTube. The music video joints the 600 million views club as the 15th member, following “DNA,” “Fire,” “Fake Love,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” “IDOL,” “Dope,” “Boy With Luv,” “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “Save Me,” “Dynamite,” “Butter,” ““Permission to Dance,” “ON” (Kinetic Manifesto Film: Come Prima), and “Not Today.”

“Black Swan” was originally released on March 5, 2020, at midnight KST, meaning that it took the video just over six years, three months, and seven days to hit the 600 million mark. Once again, BTS proves their big influence in the international market and the unwavering support from their fans, better known as ARMY. Currently, BTS is embarked on their world tour, which surely is boosting the entire music catalog.
