During a recent interview, BTS‘ Jungkook reveals he gets back into good habits amid the group’s comeback preparations, opening up about his current activities.
Recently, the Golden Maknae posed for the January edition of the Rolling Stone cover and gave an interview where he talked about his upcoming projects with BTS, solo career, military service period, and current lifestyle.
When talking about his self-care routine for his physical and mental health and the big changes he experienced after taking a break from music, Jungkook revealed that he spends his days thinking about food.
“These days, I’m on a diet and only eat one meal a day.”
“So I really look forward to that one meal. I find myself thinking, ‘What should I eat today?’ and waiting with patience. When I finally eat, I feel a sense of achievement.”

The idol confesses he has been trying to take care of his health, revealing, “I’ve been doing a lot of physical activities like badminton, bowling, and jogging,” and continues assuring that he is currently trying to refrain from drinking alcohol at the time he changed his habits, which he called a self-love routine.
“Every morning before I take a shower, I do some cardio, and I do the same thing before bed. That routine changes the way I approach people, the way I approach food. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and confidence because I stuck to my routine for the day.”
