BTS’ Jimin has surprised the fans of the band with some amazing news, but there is something else that the singer and dancer is not telling us. Here’s what we know.
If you are an active user of the different social media platforms available, you must have heard of the Kpop movement that is taking over the music industry, and if you heard about the genre, you probably also heard of the biggest group coming from that genre, no other than BTS themselves, and the shocking news of the group taking a 3-year hiatus to serve their country, South Korea, in the military service.
The oldest member of the group, Jin, has already enrolled in the military service and is expected to be back by December of 2024, and now, looks like Jimin is just about to enroll as well. Though it has not been announced, the fans are already expecting the news. ()
The 27-year-old singer is already planning his solo debut along with his representing company, HYBE, who was in charge of letting the fans know of the progress of the debut and implying that it will be in the near future. The calculations made by the fans estimate that the release of Jimin’s solo project could be around the final week of February.
The agency also mentioned that they will be releasing more details as they come.
The reason for the fans expecting Jimin to leave for the military service after the release is that the formula that HYBE used to release Jin’s solo project will most likely be repeated with Jimin, and let’s remember that Jin released his successful song “The Astronaut” just 2 weeks before leaving for the military service.
