Jungkook and J-Hope’s iconic fight over a banana was recreated in BTS Island: In the SEOM. As they prepare to receive the new Bangtan video game, on ARMY social networks they remember this unique dispute with nostalgia and fun.
This fact dates back to the debut years of BTS and has been mentioned on more than one occasion. In the documentary “Burn the stage”, J-Hope claimed that she had thrown a banana at Jungkook telling him that she could eat it all if she wanted. The youngest replied to this:
“Honestly, he was a little surprised. A person can change like that”
In “You quiz on the block” they returned to address the issue and this time the rapper detailed:
“I got a banana from his basket. Anyway, I took one and ate it. So Jungkook asked who ate it”

The youngest member gave the version of him on the show because he felt that he was not being told as he really was:
“Well, gifts in your early debut years are so precious. There was a lot of fruit. My whole fruits. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I told them to stop eating…
and I said those are mine“, he said.
“That time, J-Hope was eating a banana. He was eating it like this. Then all of a sudden…”, he mentioned. He completed the sentence between laughs, emulating a person who takes it out of his mouth and throws it at another person.
“I threw it at Jungkook. Looking back, I feel sorry for him”, said Hobi.
With the start of BTS Island: In the SEOM, a new preview of the video game programmed by the members of the K-pop group arrived. In this one, the respective J-Hope character throws a banana at Jungkook’s character while he yells:
“Here, eat them all!“, claimed J-Hope.
