According to South Korean media outlets, BTS is reportedly set to make their comeback walking through the ‘King’s Road,’ marking their return as K-Pop royalty but also representing their culture after three years of hiatus serving in the army.
This new year started with exciting news about the boy group comeback, and the surprises continue with the confirmation of a concert of the boy group at the Gwanghwamun Square, “a space that represents Korea,” according to BigHit Music declarations.
Previously, HYBE submitted a request for permission to use and film the area surrounding the square. Korean media outlets report that they may intend to use the street connecting Geunjeongmun, Heungnyemun, Gwanghwamun, and Woldae for BTS to pre-record or live-stream their walk along the street before taking the stage for the concert.

This street has been called ‘King’s Road’ since ancient times due to the king used to passing through this street and reaching Woldae, where he could communicate directly with the people. If BTS really do this tour before their first concert, they will truly create a scene worthy of the return of the kings of K-pop.
