BTS had an unprecedented success like no other in the American markets with the recent release of their fifth full album, “ARIRANG.” The idols’ efforts are currently paying off, and they are ready to make history on the Billboard charts, positioning the Kpop scene at the very forefront.
Earlier this week, “ARIRANG” landed at the top of the Billboard 200 for the week of April 4, after reporting 641,000 units sold, becoming BTS’s seventh album to achieve the milestone, and tying the Beatles’ long-standing record.

U.S. Sources stated that “ARIRANG” will maintain strong at the top of the Billboard 200 for the second consecutive week. If the idols can defend their No.1 album for a second week, they will officially become the first K-Pop artist to do so, showcasing their big influence in the American market.
In addition, BTS currently dominates the Billboard charts with the debut at the top of “SWIM” on the Billboard Hot 100, and No.1 on “Billboard Global”, “Global Exclusive. U.S.”, “Digital Song Sales”, “World Digital Song Sales”, and many more.
