On a sunny June 12 morning, the BTS members (besides Suga) got together to celebrate Jin’s discharge from the military after 18 long months. The event was marked by heartfelt interactions and gestures, including hugs, smiles, flowers, and of course, sweet group pictures to welcome Jin back home. But while everybody was celebrating, eye-eagled BTS fans noticed an off-putting scar on Jungkook’s forearm.
The photos were taken on the discharge day when the BTS members gathered around to give Jin love. But what seemed to be a lovely friend reunion, turned into a worrisome situation, all thanks to Jungnkook’s scar. The “Seven” singer is still currently completing his military training, so ARMY (that’s the name BTS fans wear proudly) think the scar is a result of his service.

As soon as these eye-eagled fans noticed the skin imperfection, they quickly made their discontent public on social media. Some ARMY members have expressed their concern about Jungkook’s military training, hoping he doesn’t get hurt anymore. Unfortunately for those worried, Jungkook just started his service on December 12, 2023, and will be discharged in June 2025.
