ARMY, the official fandom of South Korean Kpop group BTS, claims that RM, one of the members of the septet, has certain resemblances to Colombian singer and songwriter Shakira. What evidence do fans of the group have to consider the resemblance between the two artists?
Some BTS fans are claiming that RM, the rapper and leader of the group, has certain resemblances to Shakira, generating various questions among netizens on social networks.
Through the TikTok platform an ARMY assured that there is a great resemblance between both singers, giving as proof the following: “Shakira and Nam are similar, since both monetized and knew how to profit from their songs, but it seems that someone did not learn the lesson and went back to his ex,” wrote the young ARMY identified as Carmen Cadenita.

“Their latest album titled “Indigo” contains songs that make reference to an alleged ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend. “This year we started strong with exes,” “I was going to upload this video to my status, but I remembered that I did the same thing as Nam,” and “I love him so much that I followed suit,” were the reactions on the video platform.
Some users disagreed with the comparison made. However, the young girl’s point was quite coherent. But as we all know, the personal lives of BTS members, and especially RM’s, are quite difficult to know.
