BTS brings The City ARIRANG Festival to London

Fans can enjoy exhibitions, themed attractions, and special events across the city during the group's world tour

BTS has officially launched the London edition of its citywide fan festival, The City Arirang, to celebrate the group’s upcoming concerts in the United Kingdom. The festival opened on Saturday, July 5, 2026, at the Korean Cultural Centre UK near Trafalgar Square. Fans will get to visit popular locations across the city, which have been transformed with BTS-themed activities. Organizers also introduced an eight-stop stamp rally, allowing visitors to collect stamps as they visit different festival venues. The exhibition at the Korean Cultural Centre UK will remain open until July 10, 2026, giving fans several days to enjoy displays, buy merchandise, and participate in interactive activities.

The festival also expanded right after the announcement that the British Museum had joined the BTS city tributes.  According to Weverse, the museum’s Korea Gallery will display objects inspired by the themes of BTS’ latest album from July 6, 2026, through July 23, 2026. Visitors to the Korean Cultural Centre UK can also enjoy music video screenings, the “Our Moment” exhibition, official merchandise, themed photo zones, and a message wall where fans can leave letters for the boy band. Topping things off, stage outfits worn by the BTS members during the Love Yourself: Speak Yourself concert at Wembley Stadium in 2019 are also on display.

More events are planned throughout London in the coming days. For example, the London Eye will light up in red, while an Arirang-themed boat will appear on the River Thames on Monday. Additional programs will be held at Outernet London, The Factory, Westfield Nike, Future Stores, and other locations, offering shopping, exhibitions, food, and entertainment. The City Arirang first began in Seoul at Gwanghwamun Square, celebrating the release of BTS’ latest album. Since then, the event has followed the group on its world tour as a celebratory moment for fans in the cities.
