BTS brought humor, spice, and everything nice to Hot Ones on April 9, 2026, when all seven members appeared together on the show. RM, J-Hope, Jin, Suga, V, Jungkook, and Jimin broke a couple of records, including one for being the largest guest group to take part in a single episode. Host Sean Evans pointed out that the setup created a milestone for the show, with seven full sets of wings on the table. As the interview continued and the wings became hotter, it was clear that the heat was turning into a difficult task to handle.

RM began sweating heavily before the challenge was even over, which gave the other members a reason to tease him. Jungkook joked that it looked like his body was crying, while V and Jimin used napkins to help him. RM still tried to stay calm and later said the whole thing should be illegal. Then, J-Hope started dancing when the heat got intense, as Jin kept reacting loudly after each bite. Meanwhile, Suga stayed mostly composed before admitting he felt dizzy near the end. Jimin remained positive and kept cheering before each round. In the end, Jungkook handled the spice fairly well until the final stretch, when his heat control failed.

Beyond the comedic moment, the interview gave fans new insights into BTS’ current plans. The members opened up about their world tour, which began on April 9 at Goyang Stadium in South Korea, on the same day the interview was posted. In addition, they talked about personal interests and the recording process behind ARIRANG. The group members explained that they listened to more than 100 tracks before choosing what would make the cut in the final album. Then Jungkook revealed that the group reviewed the songs together and discussed them one by one. Then, V added that they even used a point system.
