Amid BTS‘ music comeback, the boys announced the release of a new version of their light stick with exciting new features and a style that makes all fans eager to buy it.
In the first days of 2026, the boy group confirmed they are coming back with a new album titled ‘ARIRANG‘ on March 20th, followed by a world tour with the same name, starting a new era with new surprises for all fans.
On February 5th, a new release was announced, and it was a new and updated version of the famous ARMY bomb, a device that synchronizes wirelessly with the venue system at live events to create light choreographies, making the audience an active part of the show.

According BigHit Music reports, this new light stick arrives with a new design: the circular form with a BTS logo in the center and the ARMY logo in the base and in the stick. It will also have new accessories, a cradle-type support, and decorative elements with the words ‘BTS’ and ‘ARMY.’
This version also incorporates a new wireless system, a mobile application to improve synchronization at concerts, and additional features such as Concert Mode, a history of concerts attended; Color Shaking, which changes colors when the light stick is shaken; Self Mode, to choose custom tones; and the possibility of using it as an ambient lamp at home.
The official price of the Ver.4 light stick has not yet been announced; however, the company stated that sales details, pricing, available regions, and shipping information will be revealed on February 6th via Weverse Shop.

In social networks, fans react with mixed comments; despite some fans being excited by this release, others have expressed their frustration after it was confirmed that, starting in June 2026, only the ARMY Bomb Ver. 4 will be compatible with wireless control at concerts, and the previous versions won’t work.
