On February 13 at around 12:30 a.m. KST, The pair’s music video for “APT” surpassed 1.1 billion views on YouTube. The song was originally released on October 18, 2024, at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that it took just over 117 days and 11 hours to hit the 1.1 billion milestone.
“APT” has now become the fastest music video by an Asian artist to surpass 1.1 billion views on YouTube. On top of that, it also became the fifth fastest music video ever to reach the milestone. The only music videos to reach 1.1 billion views faster are Adele’s “Hello,” Luis Fonsi’s “Despacito” featuring Daddy Yankee, Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You,” and J Balvin and Willy William’s “Mi Gente.”
