In recent days, BLACKPINK‘s Lisa and Ariana Grande captivated their fans around the world with their appearance at the 2026 Golden Globes, but what many do not know is that they faced a wardrobe malfunction during their encounter at the event.
On January 11th, the K-Pop idol was a host invited to the award ceremony, looking gorgeous to do her important role, while the American singer attended as a nominee for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her interpretation in ‘Wicked: For Good.‘
The artists had an encounter during the event in which the two hugged, talked, and took pictures together that quickly went viral on social networks, but later a video of them interacting emerged showing how their interaction turned chaotic when Lisa’s purse got stuck on Ariana’s dress.

The two worked together to fix it in a hurry until they were free, and despite the BLACKPINK member’s nervousness amid the situation, Grande gave her a smile the whole time, demonstrating once again her kind personality.
