BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actor Park Jung Min are about to light up screens in their upcoming K-drama, Newtopia. The story follows a couple that recently broke up, desperately trying to reunite after a zombie outbreak turns their city into a danger zone. And guess what? The show’s brand-new teaser gives us just enough chaotic and intriguing feelings to keep our eyes peeled.

From the first moment, we see characters Jae Yoon, a soldier stuck in military service, and Young Joo, feeling heartbroken after her boyfriend’s enlistment. That’s when the undead decide to crash Seoul’s city! The teaser’s tagline, “I’ll survive no matter what and come running to you,” reveals the fierce promise of love in the show.
As if that wasn’t enough, we get a glimpse of how these two plan to fight back in style. Jae Yoon rips through the undead on a shopping cart, while Young Joo uses an electric scooter and a bloody chainsaw. The series also dropped a new poster, which has Jae Yoon’s terrified gaze with Young Joo’s cryptic look.
