Ready for some zombie action? The upcoming show “Newtopia” follows Lee Jae Yoon (Park Jung Min) and Kang Young Joo (BLACKPINK’s Jisoo) as they fight off the undead. While fans initially loved the duo’s romantic chemistry, the latest teasers dropped on January 15 reveal more of what the K-drama is offering, including the rest of its cast.
In the newly released images dropped by Coupang Play, Private Ra In Ho (Im Seong Jae) appears on the verge of freaking out, possibly confronting zombies. Meanwhile, Aaron Park (Kim Jun Han), manager of the Eden Hotel, gets together with Lee Jae Yoon and Ra In Ho to protect the hotel from the undead apocalypse. In addition, Oh Soo Jung (Hong Seo Hee) joins the squad, showcasing bravery, despite the situation.
As the zombie threat grows, more characters enter the fight: Seo Jin Wook (Kang Young Seok) whips out a golf club, Sung Tae Sik (Lee Hak Joo) takes a strategic lead, and Sam Su (Tang Jun Sang) becomes a real zombie hunter. With new episodes dropping every Friday from February 7 to March 21, “Newtopia” is shaping up to be a must-watch!
