The global eyewear brand chose the perfect muse, and Jennie’s appearance had the press crowding the venue. Fresh off her partnership with Gentle Monster, the BLACKPINK member proved she’s the queen of eyewear brands.

But the cherry on top? Jennie wore Ray-Ban’s Meta Wayfarer Sunglasses during the event, and within hours, they sold out in China. Yes, you read that right, sold out instantly! Ray-Ban’s online live store was flooded with comments from fans asking for “Jennie’s glasses” until the stock just disappeared. Talk about the Jennie effect: one look and suddenly, thousands of “purchase” buttons are pressed.
