Jennie leads the music brand ranking released in January 2026
BLACKPINK’s Jennie has ranked first on the TOP 10 K Brand Index for the KPop music sector based on online data collected in January 2026. According to the results, the BLACKPINK member took the first spot with her solo track “like JENNIE.” The study analyzed approximately 51.11 million pieces of online data, reflecting public interest, media exposure, and consumer reactions. Jennie’s performance marked a strong start to 2026 and confirmed her position as one of the most influential solo artists in the global KPop industry since 2026.
Other artists rise strongly in the new brand index list
DAY6 took the second place with “You Make Me,” showing continued popularity as one of South Korea’s biggest KPop band. Hwasa ranked fourth with “Good GoodBye,” while WOODZ placed fifth with “Drowning.” Hwang Garam followed in sixth place with “I Am Firefly.” A drama soundtrack titled “Sudden Shower” also entered the ranking in seventh position, performed by ECLIPSE.
IVE and aespa confirm strong group influence in the rankings
The girl group IVE placed two songs in the top 10, with “ATTITUDE” at number eight and “REBEL HEART” at number nine. This made them the only act to enter the list with more than one track. Industry analysts noted that this result reflects strong popularity for the group’s full albums, not only their title tracks. Meanwhile, aespa secured tenth place with “Whiplash,” confirming that established and emerging groups continue to shape KPop trends as of January 2026.
