It’s been six long months since BABYMONSTER’s Rami stepped back from the K-pop spotlight, and fans finally got some news. During a fansign on October 11, 2025, for their comeback “WE GO UP,” member Pharita shared that Rami is “still unwell, but she’s getting better.” The update made fans feel concerned, as the 17-year-old idol has been missing since May 2025 due to health issues that YG Entertainment has kept private.

Back on May 9, 2025, YG announced that Rami wouldn’t join BABYMONSTER’s Asia tour, which kicked off in Singapore on May 17. Doctors advised her to take complete rest after months of treatment failed to improve her condition. The agency told fans that Rami’s well-being remains their top priority, even if that means her being absent from BABYMONSTER’s big moments.
“Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
We would like to inform you that BABYMONSTER member Rami will be unable to participate in the group’s Asia tour—starting with the Singapore concert on May 17 and continuing through the end of June—due to health-related reasons,” the agency expressed.
BABYMONSTER continues their first world tour as six performers, and dropped their mini-album “WE GO UP” on October 10, 2025. Meanwhile, fans are sending endless love and encouragement, hoping to see all seven girls reunited soon. With Pharita’s latest update, there’s at least a spark of optimism that Rami’s return may come at some point.
