Now, get this fact: “BATTER UP” was composed and produced by YG’s Entertainment team (that’s the label that has both BABYMONSTER and BLACKPINK), and guess who else? Member Asa! Yes, this marks one of the very few times an idol gets involved in the creation process of the song right in their rookie days, they usually wait a few more years for that.
