The “Hercules” live-action was first mentioned in 2022, set to be produced by Joe and Anthony Russo (the duo behind “Avengers: Endgame“) and directed by Guy Ritchie (known for working on the “Aladdin” live-action). As of 2024, the project seems to be going ahead but still needs a script from Guy Ritchie, and it’s said it will bring a more modern musical style.
