(G)I-DLE‘s Miyeon has earned a special place in K-Netizen’s hearts because of her incredible and impeccable performances. The idol is widely popular for turning a performance into a special moment of joy and vulnerability, and her latest performance at the MBC Drama Awards was no exception to the rule.
On December 30th, the 2023 MBC Drama Awards took place at the MBC Media Center Public Hall in Seoul, where Miyeon performed the OST for the MBC drama series, “My Dearest.” Despite the idol giving it all during her performance, she felt she could have done a better job.
After a couple of hours of her amazing performance, Miyeon took over Instagram stories to share her honest thoughts. She stated she felt incredibly happy for performing one of her favorite songs on such a huge stage. However, she felt nervous and she made a mistake.
(G)I-DLE’s Miyeon continued by stating her biggest mistake was the pitches because she monitored her performance and felt like the viewers would have been surprised. Also, she apologized to everyone who felt disappointed and promised to work even harder to make perfect performances.
