The series would be available through MGM+ would promise to make an unforgettable production that would make all Game Of Thrones fans forget to obsess over this new story.

Watched the first episode and….dethroning GOT? Yeah right?
Nice try.
Yes the “Warlord Chronicles” are a fun read. Bernard Cornwell is an excellent author.
However, I have yet to see the one episode that has been released, I heard the show is not much like the novels, which will be kinda bogus, because the novels are legit.
But to say fans will forget about “Game of Thrones” and “House of the Dragon” is ludicrous.
“House of the Dragon” season 1 was pretty dang epic. I can’t wait to see season 2.
Yes, I have been waiting for “The Winter King” as well. “The Last Kingdom” was fantastic and the novels “The Saxon Tales” are epic novels.
I admit the trailer for “The Winter King” has me a little confused.
Hopefully it ends up staying at least somewhat faithful to the books. (Like “The Last Kingdom”)
In the end, both series can exist together and fans should be excited we get adaptations from 2 terrific writers.
