The success of the ‘Barbie‘ movie at the global box office continues, and it continues to prove it by humiliating the recent superhero productions, the genre that has dominated in recent years, launched by the famous Marvel and DC franchises.
With the most recent production of this genre entitled ‘Blue Beetle‘ from DC, it has been possible to verify the little interest that this type of film is having due to its disappointing debut compared to the great numbers of ‘Barbie’.
Despite the fact that this new installment of superheroes managed to debut as number 1 at the global box office in United States, surpassing Mattel‘s doll movie, this is because ‘Barbie’ is already going through its fifth week on the billboard and already its weeks strong passed.
