The K-Pop idol Mina, from the girlgroup TWICE, has been a great role model for her fans and netizens around the world due to her good habits to have a healthy body and skin with many care and exercises. Now she shares the routine she has to do to keep her legs toned.

The Japanese idol has to work hard to have a good resistance because it is an important part of being an artist due to the dances and the long days of rehearsals when they are going to have tour concerts or film a MV. For this reason, Mina has kept her body very exercised since she was very young.

The exercise routine of the idol always includes the squat, an exercise that has been demonstrated to be one of the best for toning legs and buttocks, also if you add weight, it will give a better result.

Another exercise the singer does is the alternate step-up, which consists of raising one leg followed by the other to a firm bench or chair until standing on it, then repeating the process going up and down the structure.

The side kicks are another part of Mina’s routine that gives her toned legs. This exercise is done while lying on the floor laterally, then one leg is raised to about 70 degrees, it is returned, and without touching the floor, the process is repeated. It is recommended to do 15 to 20 repetitions in each series.

In addition, the member of the K-Pop group also supplements her exercise with good nutrition by eating foods that contribute to her good health, such as fruits, vegetables, a lot of water, legumes, whole grains, and healthy fats.
