The video features members Lara, Megan, Daniela, Yoonchae, and Sophia, while Manon remains on hiatus. The story takes place inside a striking red room, where the members perform choreography behind one-way glass as a group of executives (played by male versions of the members) watches them closely. This creates a visual story about expectations and pressure within the music industry.
As the video continues, the members struggle to satisfy the executives, who reject their performances and even tear apart their promotional photos. As the quintet looks for the perfect image, they rush through different outfits and styles before Demi Moore makes her appearance. After observing the situation, the actress encourages the members to embrace their true personalities by saying, “All right, let’s get wild.” Following those words of wisdom, KATSEYE returns with sparkly confidence, giving their all while performing for their alter-egos.
“Animal” is the second single from Wild, which is slated for release on August 14, 2026. Earlier this year, the group shared the single “Pinky Up” as the first preview of the project. The track was performed at 2026 Coachella and Governors Ball, making it the perfect start of a new era. Meanwhile, KATSEYE continues to build excitement around Wild, which will be accompanied by the Wild Hearts film on August 12, 2026. The visual piece will premiere two days before the quintet’s upcoming EP, giving fans an exclusive peek into the group’s process.
