KATSEYE released the third official music video teaser for their upcoming single “PINKY UP” on April 9, 2026. The teaser came one day before the music video and song’s full release, giving fans another look at the group’s new concept. From the first seconds, the preview presents a fast-moving sound with bright synth textures and a banging beat. It also presents a part of the song’s choreography, including a gesture with the KATSEYE members raising their pinky fingers to create horn-like shapes on their heads.
As the teaser continues, the members show a bold and confident image that matches the energy of the track. Their expressions and movements suggest that “PINKY UP” will focus on a bold and performance-driven style. Notably, member Manon has been completely absent from the music video teasers and will probably not have any vocal lines on the upcoming track release. She was put on hiatus to focus on her “health and well-being” on February 20, 2026.
In newly shared exclusive article published today in South Korea by The Herald Korea, HYBE officially confirms that Manon will be missing Coachella Friday night due to her hiatus status

The track and music video are scheduled for official release on April 10, 2026. Soon after, KATSEYE will appear at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 11, 2026, for their first live performance of the single and their Coachella debut. As stated previously, Manon was put on hiatus by HYBE and Geffen, and it was recently confirmed that she will not join the girl group for their festival performance. With this announcement, the girl band will carry on their promotions as a five-member team in the foreseeable future.
